With over 10 years in the higher education, non-profit, healthcare, and pharmaceutical (retail & manufacturing) sectors; I have created innovative, inclusive learning experiences for adults across many workplaces.

By integrating methodologies such as backwards design, ADDIE, SAM, and the Kirkpatrick-Phillips Model, I ensure a comprehensive approach that guarantees not only a positive ROI for companies but also meaningful growth for employees.
